Sennheiser’s Momentum 4 Wireless makes a case that 60 hours of battery life is a feature worthy of the headline spec. In practice, it means you charge the headphone once a week or less, and never negotiate a packed bag with a cable. The adaptive ANC system uses Sennheiser’s updated algorithm to reduce ambient noise to a level competitive with Sony and Bose at a price point that undercuts both, particularly when on sale.
Sennheiser-tuned 42mm transducers deliver the brand’s characteristically accurate sound: detailed, well-imaged, and less “processed” than the Sony house sound. Hi-Res Audio certification and Qualcomm aptX Adaptive codec support at 24-bit / 44.1kHz make it one of the better-sounding over-ear options in this price bracket for lossless streaming on Android. iPhone users get AAC, which is limited to CD quality but sounds noticeably better on these drivers than on budget alternatives.
The folding build is lighter than its 9-ounce weight suggests — an ergonomic headband distributes pressure evenly and makes 4+ hour sessions comfortable in a way that heavier Sony and Bose models are not for everyone. The companion app offers a 5-band EQ, automatic on/off based on head detection, and a side-tone level control for voice calls.

Alex Morgan –
60 hours of battery is the feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it. I charge the Momentum 4 once a week and never think about it otherwise. The ANC is competitive with Sony and Bose without matching the very best, but the sound quality — particularly the mid-range accuracy — is my preference for acoustic and orchestral listening.
