Orders placed before 2pm PT Monday–Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all items in original condition with original packaging. Initiate a return by emailing returns@voltacore-demo.test with your order number.
- Full refund: Items returned unused and sealed in original packaging.
- 15% restocking fee: Items opened but in like-new condition with all accessories.
- Non-returnable: Digital software licences, gift cards, personalised or engraved items.
- Defective items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
