How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping within the contiguous US typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day and next-day options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship via DHL Express and typically arrive in 7–12 business days. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also track from My Account → Orders.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Open-box items carry a 15% restocking fee.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Does Voltacore offer an extended warranty?
Yes — a 2-year extended warranty option is available at checkout for most products. It covers manufacturing defects and component failures beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
This is a portfolio demo store — we accept the demo payment methods shown at checkout. No real credit card or banking information is required or collected.
Can I use multiple coupons on one order?
Most coupons are single-use per order. Check the coupon description for specific terms. WELCOME10 is single-use per account. BUNDLE15 and FREESHIP can be combined on qualifying orders.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown before tax. California Sales Tax (8.5%) is added at checkout for CA orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No — guest checkout is available. An account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be modified. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to stock shortages, payment verification issues, or shipping restrictions. You’ll receive an email with the specific reason and a full refund within 5–7 business days.
