Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Open-box products are eligible for a 15% restocking fee.

How to Return

Email returns@voltacore-demo.test with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid shipping label within 2 business days. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

Digital software, gift cards, and customised items are non-refundable. Products showing signs of accidental damage or use beyond normal inspection are not eligible for a full refund.

Defective Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 72 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
